Mel Gibson makes racist comments to add to his restraining order

In what was originally called an “amicable” breakup, the Mel Gibson racist comments which were caught on tape have called that explanation into question. Ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva caught Mel Gibson making racist comments on tape. The dueling restraining orders and accusations of every little thing from threats to shaking their young child indicate the implosion of this couple’s relationship is easily reaching nuclear range.

Racist comment in Mel Gibson’s past

Mel Gibson’s most recent comments were recorded by Oksana because she felt “threatened” by Gibson. He threatens to burn down her house, says he hopes that she “gets raped by n*****s.” This is not the first recording of Mel Gibson racist comments, though. During a DUI arrest a couple of years ago, Mel Gibson was recorded making some racist comments about some Jewish individuals and more.

The Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson relationship

Oksana and Mel have had a rather stormy relationship. Mel Gibson divorced his wife and mother of his first seven children in April of 2009. Before separating, the couple dated a year and had a child. Both Oksana and Mel have filed restraining orders since. Mel Gibson has accused Oksana of shaking their young baby, when Oksana has accused Mel Gibson of death threats and abuse.

The financial reality of the whole divorce

Mel Gibson’s divorce from his wife of 30 years is proving to be a very expensive one. Mel Gibson has an estate worth $1 billion. Robyn Gibson is legally entitled to half or more of that fortune. A $500 million divorce settlement would dwarf the previous divorce-settlement records. The racist rant makes Mel Gibson’s employability questioned too. Though, even if he can’t bring in any more income, Mel Gibson could probably live on a $500 million fortune if he doesn’t spend it too quickly.
